Another landmark development is being proposed along the interstate 40 corridor, further transforming the Nashville Skyline. 14th Avenue North & Hynes St is a new mixed-use development featuring a pair of 40 and 36 story towers. The project is located at 225 14th Avenue North. The interstate 40 corridor splits midtown from downtown Nashville. There are a number of projects planned, recently completed, and under construction along this corridor.
