Standard Assembly is one of the much-anticipated anchor projects leading the infill of central Wedgewood Houston. Developed by a joint venture between HY Ventures, Wedgewood Avenue, and Atlas Real Estate Partners, Standard Assembly is a multifamily concept featuring 310-residential units with over 13,000 square feet of combined retail and common spaces. Hardaway Construction is the project’s general contractor and explained that the development is now leasing and anticipates a phased opening in October of this year.
