View Looking East on Elm Hill Pike From Briley Parkway ZMX Incorporated has submitted plans for a new multifamily development just off of Elm Hill Pike near BNA. The development is seeking to rezone the site to SP Zoning near the Century City Development. Once approved the permit will make way for a new multi-family development on the 5.57 acre site. A plan has been submitted for final site plan approval for a new Chuy’s Mexican Food Restaurant at The Post Square Shopping Center. The new restaurant appears to replace the O’Charley’s on White Bridge Pike in West Nashville. The site includes landscape improvements as well as To-Go parking spaces.
