UrbanSweat , a new luxury infrared sauna and cold plunge studio, is completed and is now open in the Nations. Constructed by Dowdle Construction Group and designed by SV Design, the 1,500-square-foot space is located within the new Silo Studios development. UrbanSweat features six saunas or “sweat” rooms and a cold plunge tub. AllianceBernstein (AB) announced plans to relocate its global headquarters from New York to Nashville back in May 2018. Since that time, the AB team has grown to more than 1,000 employees in the Nashville office, more than 80% of its target. The relocation process is expected to be completed by 2024 filling a need across the firm’s corporate functions.
