    Press Releases

Your News is important, let NashvilleNowNext compliment your marketing efforts. What’s special about NashvileNowNext is that every article we publish gets the same standard of care regardless of the size of the project. With only a couple of images, N3 can turn a text-based press release into dynamic content. You end up with sharable content that can be used to close business deals, create speculation, gain positive exposure, and possibly be used to get buy-in from investors or stakeholders. There is no cost for publishing press releases. If additional graphics (above the standard offerings), video, or other media is desired, there may be small fee.

    Development & Highlights

Solicited & unsolicited development highlights are no cost to you. These types of articles can be used help control your narrative and can incorporate marketing materials you already have. More importantly, it can be used to highlight a specific scope of work for designers and contractors who tend to be overlooked in major announcements.

    Services

In addition to publishing content, City Now Next Real Estate Media, LLC also provides consultant services which include:

    • Bridge Marketing Services
    • Internal & Investor Communications
    • Drawing Review Checks
    • Sponsored Content Assistance

    Sponsorship & Advertisment

From the beginning, my process for publishing development content has been rooted in a passion for development, continuous improvement, and strategic growth. This process has now become my business model as I have decided to go from part-time blogger to entrepreneur.
Simply put, without the support of sponsors, NashvilleNowNext would not be accessible to the vast majority of viewers, firms (their investors & stakeholders), and the people doing the great work in Nashville. The rates for NashvilleNowNext (N3) products are reasonable and has a large audience of targeted industry professionals. N3 Products also enable companies that may not have huge marketing budgets an opportunity for excellent and relevant exposure.
