Conversions from Industrial use to Mixed-Use along Centennial Blvd. are key to the new “Nations Main Street”. ALTA Union will bring a much-needed facelift to the industrial aesthetic as well as some additional public sidewalks and other pedestrian friendly infrastructure. Although there isn’t a major retail component, it will offer amenities such as a pool courtyard, 1,600 sf of rooftop terraces, and 7,500 sf of indoor amenity space.
